ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED A DAY PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED SESSION. IF A REGISTRATION HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED FOR YOUR CHILD, THEN YOUR CHILD CANNOT PARTICIPATE FOR THE MONTH.

Payment is required before or at the time of your child's first session. If payment is not received at that time, you will be charged an additional $5 late charge.
To cancel a session, you will need to contact JAMM Stars at least 24hrs prior to your first session. JAMM Stars will strictly enforce this policy. If proper notice is not given, you will be charged the full amount and also forfeit the lesson for that day. Call (813) 428-1772 or email info@jammstars.com to cancel your lesson. |
