What forms do I need to complete?
|
Online registrations need to be completed and received a day prior to your first scheduled session. Any athlete without a completed registration will not be permitted to participate in training. |

How do I pay for my session? |
To secure your spot, be sure to make payment before the first session. Payment can be made securely online by check or credit card through PayPal. If you would rather pay in person by cash or check, please contact us to make payment arrangements. Checks can be made out to JAMM Stars. |

What if I need to cancel my registration? |
In order to cancel a session, you will need to contact JAMM Stars at least 24hrs prior to your first session. JAMM Stars will strictly enforce this policy. If proper notice is not given, you will be charged the full amount and will also forfeit the lesson for the day. Call (813) 428-1772 and please leave a message if your call is not answered, or email info@jammstars.com to cancel your lesson. |

What happens if there is an emergency during training? |
In the event of an emergency during the training session where a parent or guardian is not present, we will attempt to reach the emergency contact number provided on your Release Form. We reserve the discretionary right to contact 911 in the event of an emergency, to provide professional attention to any injured athlete. |

What does my child need for the training session? |
We recommend that each child bring bottled water or a sports drink to each session. Comfortable clothing and proper shoes are also recommended to ensure agility and safety. Please limit the amount of jewelry/silly bandz your child wears. |

What happens if it rains on the day of training? |
If there is rain or bad weather on the day of scheduled training, a make up session will be held. The make up sessions are on Thursdays and will be held at the same times as Monday and Wednesday sessions. So, if a Monday or a Wednesday session is cancelled due to inclement weather, the makeup session will be held on Thursday of that same week. If there is inclement weather on Thursday as well, the make up session will be held on the following Thursday. Every effort will be made to ensure each session consists of four (4) training days. We will call or text parents/guardians at least one hour before the scheduled time if a cancellation is necessary. |
