Frequently Asked Questions

What forms do I need to complete? |
Complete the Release Form and bring them to your first session. Any athlete without a completed Release Form will not be permitted to participate in training. Be sure to keep the entire packet in a safe place until you come to your session. If you misplace it, you can access replacement forms on the website. |

How do I pay for my session? |
To secure your spot, be sure to make payment before the first session. Payment can be made securely online by check or credit card through PayPal. If you would rather pay in person by cash or check, please contact us to make payment arrangements. In the event a waiting list forms for any session, any registrations not secured by payment at least three (3) days before the session begins will be released to allow those on the waiting list a chance to register. |

What if I need to cancel my registration? |
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will gladly transfer your registration to another session convenient for you. Refunds will only be granted before the session begins. |

What happens if there is an emergency during training? |
In the event of an emergency during the training session where a parent or guardian is not present, we will attempt to reach the emergency contact number provided on your Release Form. We reserve the discretionary right to contact 911 in the event of an emergency, to provide professional attention to any injured athlete. |

What does my child need for the training session? |
We recommend that each child bring bottled water or a sports drink to each session. Comfortable clothing and proper shoes are also recommended to ensure agility and safety. |

What happens if it rains on the day of training? |
If there is rain or bad weather on the day of scheduled training, a make up session will be held. The make up sessions are on Thursdays and will be held at the same times as Monday and Wednesday sessions. So, if a Monday or a Wednesday session is cancelled due to inclement weather, the makeup session will be held on Thursday of that same week. If there is inclement weather on Thursday as well, the make up session will be held on Saturday at 1pm. All Saturday sessions will be held at Land O' Lakes Christian School, located at 5105 School Road, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639. Every effort will be made to ensure each session consists of four (4) training days. We will call or text parents/guardians at least one hour before the scheduled time if a cancellation is necessary. |
